Recommended Daily Intake (TDR): 2 Capsules per day, preferably during one of the main meals.

For hair, skin and nails,

It increases the elasticity of the skin and its nutrition by improving its appearance.

Millet Seed Extract, Silica, Biotin, Zinc, Copper, Calcium, Vitamin B6.


Copper: Peniciamine, Antacids, Estrogens, IATE’s, Allopurinol, Cimetidine

Zinc: Antibiotics, Antihypertensives, NSAID’s, Thiazide Diuretics, Amyloid, Peniciamine, IECAS, Alcohol, Phytotes and Oxalates.

Calcium: Bisphosphonates, Antacids containing aluminum salts, Beta and Calcium Intake Blockers, Cholesterol Absorption Resins and Inhibitors, Corticosteroids, Digoxin, Diuretics, Estrogens, Antibiotics (Tetracyclines and Quinolonas) Antiepileptics and Anticonvulsants (Phenytoin, Carbamazepine, Phenobarbital).

Vitamin B6: Isoniazid, penicillamine, hydralazine, theophylline, or MAO inhibitors, Levodopa without carbidopa.


Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

Copper: Wilson’s disease, Idiopathic Copper Poisoning and Cirrhosis in Childhood.

Zinc: At the indicated dose, they are not known.

Calcium: Hyperparathyroidism, Sarcoidosis, Hyperphosphataemia or Hypophosphataemia.

Vitamin B6: Children under the age of 12. Patients with renal or hepatic impairment.


Undesirable effects

Copper: In the dosage presented there is no evidence of adverse effects.

Zinc: Copper deficiency, with prolonged use of zinc. Stomach problems, which can be circumvented, with food intake. It can cause metallic taste in the mouth, in this case reduce the daily dose.

Calcium: In the dosage presented there is no evidence of adverse effects, however constipation may occur.

Vitamin B6: Nausea and vomiting, photosensitivity and peripheral nephropathy.



Copper: Hemodialysis: People who undergo hemodialysis for kidney disease seem to be at risk of copper deficiency, not starting supplementation without consulting the attending physician. Excessive consumption can cause liver damage.

Zinc: Prolonged use induces copper deficiency.

Calcium: Should be used with caution in renal patients (renal failure).

Vitamin B6: Long-term administration of high concentrations of Pyridoxine is associated with the development of neurotoxicity.



The indicated daily dose should not be exceeded.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy way of life.

Store in original packaging protected from light, in a dry place and at a temperature below 25°C.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Safe use during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data, use during these periods is not recommended.

The product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation.
