Features
Wonderlives Vitalplus is a dietary supplement, formulated specifically for the central nervous system: Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng Panax, Viniferous Vitis, Griffonia simplicifolia, L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, L-Methionine, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12 and Omega 3.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of the constituents.
- Ginkgo biloba: Anticoagulant therapy
- Panax ginseng: Autoimmune and immunosuppressed diseases, Heart disease, hormone-dependent carcinomas.
- Viniferous Vitis: No data available
- Griffonia simplicifolia: Renal insufficiency. Anaesthesia. Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors, Monoanaoxidase Inhibitors, Tricyclic Derived Antidepressants.
- L-Arginine: Peptic Ulcers, Herpes, Methyltransferase guanidinoacetate deficiency.
- L-Glutamine: Not known at the indicated doses
- L-Methionine: Acidosis, atherosclerosis, liver diseases, methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase deficiency.
Undesirable effects
Ginkgo biloba: Increased risk of bleeding (e.g. Epistaxis), headache and dizziness, gastrointestinal problems such as abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Allergic reactions to the skin (erythema, oedema, itching and rash) may occur.
Panax ginseng: Hypersensitivity reactions (hives, itching), insomnia and gastrointestinal disorders such as stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation have been reported. The frequency is not known.
Viniferous VitisDISAPEAR: Contact allergy and/or skin hypersensitivity reactions (itching and erythema, hives) have been reported. The frequency is not known. Orally, nausea, gastrointestinal complaints, and headache may occur, but the frequency is not known.
Griffonia simplicifolia: Nausea, abdominal pain, and gastrointestinal disorders, which tend to disappear, with the dose or with a reduction in the daily dose.
L-Arginine: Gastrointestinal discomfort, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea, gout, allergies, inflammation of the airways, worsening asthma and low blood pressure.
L-Glutamine: Not known at the indicated doses.
L-Methionine: Are not known at the indicated doses.
Calcium: In the dosage presented there is no evidence of adverse effects, however, constipation may occur.
Magnesium: In the dosage presented there is no evidence of undesirable effects.
Zinc: Copper deficiency, with prolonged use of zinc. Stomach problems, which can be circumvented, with food intake. It can cause a metallic taste in the mouth, in this case, reducing the daily dose.
Selenium: In the dosage presented there is no evidence of undesirable effects.
Vitamin C: nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, headache.
Vitamin E: Nausea, diarrhoea, stomach pain, fatigue, weakness, headache, blurred vision, rash. Bruising and bleeding in case of overdose.
Vitamin B6: Children under the age of 12. Patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
Vitamin B2: Yellow-orange urine colouring in high doses can cause diarrhoea and increased diuresis.
Vitamin B1: Allergic reactions and skin irritation may occur.
Vitamin B3: Nausea, headache, paraesthesia, memory disorders, insomnia, drowsiness, thrombocytopénic purpura.
Vitamin B12: Not known at the indicated doses.
Omega 3: May cause gastrointestinal discomfort, soft stools, or diarrhoea.
Calcium: Hyperparathyroidism, Sarcoidosis, Hyperphosphataemia or Hypophosphataemia.
Magnesium: Renal failure, heart block, myocardial injury, hypermagnesemia and myasthenia gravis.
Zinc: At the indicated dose, they are not known.
Selenium: Renal and hepatic insufficiency.
Vitamin C: hemochromatosis, renal failure and metabolic deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
Vitamin E: Angioplasty (immediately following the procedure), retinitis pigmentosa, vitamin K hypovitaminosis.
Vitamin B6: Liver and kidney failure.
Vitamin B1: Liver failure, chronic alcoholism.
Vitamin B3: Heart disease and Levodopa.
Vitamin B12: Do not use in pregnant women with megaloblastic anaemia. Leber’s disease (hereditary optic nerve atrophy) or smoking or alcoholic amblyopia because optic neuropathy may be aggravated.
Omega 3: Seafood Allergy
Warnings
Ginkgo biloba: Do not use in patients with coagulation problems or on anticoagulant therapy.
Panax ginseng: It is not advisable for your adolescent and children administrations due to lack of data
Calcium: Should be used with caution in renal patients (renal failure).
Zinc: Prolonged use induces copper deficiency.
Vitamin E: Should be given with caution to cardiac patients
Vitamin B6: Long-term administration of high concentrations of Pyridoxine is associated with the development of neurotoxicity.
Vitamin B12: Should not be given to cancer patients.
Recommendations
The indicated daily dose should not be exceeded.
Dietary supplements are not a substitution for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy way of life.
Store in original packaging protected from light, in a dry place and at a temperature below 25°C.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Safe use during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data, use during these periods is not recommended.
The product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the constituents of the formulation.
