“ONE MILLION 2021”
When Solfut achieves the goal of €1.5 Million in billing by 31 Dec 2021, all direct sales commissions earned from January to December 2021 will have an increase of 50% which will be paid in early 2022 to active consultants on the 1st of January 2022.

Annual Renewal as a Consultant I Have the Power
Your IHTP Consultant status will be automatically and cost-effective if:
– in the 1st year of Consultant – invoices annually more than 6 000 euros (in personal purchases + purchases of customers / affiliates / direct promoters) and has at least 1 active network;
– in the remaining years – invoices annually more than 12 000 euros (in personal purchases + purchases of customers/ affiliates / direct promoters) and has at least 2 more active networks;
– complies with the IHTP Honor Code;
– complies with the “Terms and Conditions for Independent Consultant I Have the Power”.
Minimum Consultant Activity
– Monthly
A Consultant must bill, in personal purchases + customer/affiliate/promoter purchases, at least €100 each month to maintain his Consultant status.
If the billing is less than 250 eur (1st year only) or 500 eur (in the remaining years), in personal purchases + customer/affiliate/promoter purchases direct, personal purchase discounts, resale commissions and 2nd level commission he automatically moves to half , (10% and 1.25%) respectively. If he defaults twice in the following month, personal purchase discounts, resale commissions and 2nd level commission automatically go back to half , 5% and 0.625% respectively.
If his customers’ purchase volume during the month exceeds EUR 250 / EUR 500, he immediately regains full Consultant status.
– – Quarterly
If the billing is less than 750 eur (only in the 1st year) or 1500 eur (in the remaining years) in each quarter, in personal purchases + purchases of customers/ affiliates /direct promoters, the same criteria as the previous point, adjusted to quarterly values, applies, and he will have to recover normal status in the following quarter, otherwise he will become a PROMOTER.
Monthly Group Bonus Payment (Group Bonuses, Leadership Bonuses, Dream Bonus, Leader Builder and 2nd Level Commission)
Monthly Bonuses will only be paid if:
– monthly invoices are more than 250 eur (in the 1st year) or 500 eur (remaining years), in personal purchases + purchases of customers / affiliates / direct promoters.
This rule does not apply for new consultants who have made their registration in the current month.
Criteria to be a IHTP Trainer:
– To be a Consultant and to be developing the activity with a minimum billing in each quarter of 1500 Eur
– To demonstrate knowledge of the area of expertise and applying knowledge and respect for the IHTP Honor Code
– Attend all IHTP and RAISE UP Conventions each year
– Own a CCP or the required certification for the area of expertise
– Attend the TTT (Train the Trainer) course of the area he will teach
– Have 10 consultants at a convention – to have reached a TEAM LEADER status
– To have automatically renew the Consultant status
– Attend in the previous year at least 1 face-to-face course to improve skills
Criteria to be an IHTP Academy Manager
– To be a Consultant and to be developing the activity with a minimum billing in each quarter of 1500 Eur
– Attend all IHTP and RAISE UP Conventions each year
– To have 10 consultants at a convention – TEAM LEADER status
– To automatically renew your Consultant status
– To have attended in the previous year at least 1 face-to-face course to improve skills
Criteria to be an IHTP Preferred Service Provider
This are the Consultants who provide consulting services (coaching, therapists, lectures, …) and to whom Solfut preferably recommends for business requests:
– To be a Consultant and to be developing the activity with a minimum billing in each quarter of 1500 Eur
– To demonstrate knowledge of the area of expertise and applying knowledge and respect for the IHTP Honor Code
– To attend at all IHTP Conventions each year
– To have the required certification for the area of face-to-face expertise
